EverythingRelevant Terms of use

Terms

LAST UPDATED 21 OCTOBER 2026

These terms are between you and [LEGAL ENTITY], trading as EverythingRelevant (“we”). By using everythingrelevant.co.uk, the EverythingRelevant app or the EverythingRelevant API you agree to them.

What the service is

EverythingRelevant collects publicly available UK business news, government and HMRC announcements and grant listings, filters them by what you tell us about your business, and shows you a short daily brief with one line on what each item could mean. Headlines link to the original publisher; we show a headline, a short snippet and the source, and we do not republish articles.

It is information, not advice

Nothing on EverythingRelevant is legal, tax, accounting or financial advice. The “what it means” lines are written automatically from the headline and snippet and can be wrong or out of date. Check the official guidance or ask your accountant before acting. We are not responsible for decisions you take based on the brief.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete your account at any time from settings; see the privacy notice for what happens to your data.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, bulk-download or resell the service, try to get round usage limits, probe or attack the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts or API keys that do.

Premium

Some features are Premium. Prices, what is included and how to cancel are shown at the point of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

The EverythingRelevant API

Apps may show EverythingRelevant content through our API with a key we issue. Keys are per app, may be rate-limited, and can be withdrawn if misused. Apps must display “Powered by EverythingRelevant” where the content is shown, must not cache content for more than 24 hours, and must handle their users' personal data lawfully. We may change or retire API versions with notice.

Availability

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We may change or withdraw features.

Liability

We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or missed opportunities.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and its courts have jurisdiction.
